No one is capable or intelligent by birth. You have to be curious if you want to good at your work or in life. You need to build capability from your curious nature even if you are not interested in it.
As we all know, without curiosity, you can not achieve perfection and without perfection, you can not be successful in your life.
Do you think, sometimes you feel you give 100 percent in your work and still unable to achieve success why?
The answer is simple “The lack of Curiosity”.
Here I am telling you, how can build curiosity.
Table of Contents
How To Build A Curiosity?
You automatically manage your time when you are interested to learn something. But the big problem is when you are not curious about some areas and the particular knowledge is most important for you. So How Should You Manage?
Try to start learning in smaller portions because of the big hurdle to start something. When you are not interested, you will procrastinate your work definitely. So start your work anyhow, gradually you will be interested.
This is my personal experience that initially you will lose interest but when you gain some knowledge. You will want to learn more.
Create & Build Environment For Curiosity?
Create an environment of curiosity at your office and your home. Whatever the role you are playing in your office, your curiosity gives you a new identity. You can give useful ideas to your boss and team leader.
Without curiosity, it is impossible to generate new ideas in your mind. Apart from your daily office work, you should be engaged and curious about other tasks with an open mind. This will help you get promoted also.
What Needs For Curiosity?
Develop a positive mental attitude.
Listening without judgment.
Don’t be afraid to say, I don’t know.

Hungry for perfection.
Multitasking ability.
Learn like a child, do not ashamed of asking questions.

Manage your energy & time.
Don’t be distract yourself from learning new things.
Take a break if you feel bored and resume later.
Don’t assume something as boring before you start.
