“No one has ever become poor by giving.” ―
Today’s mantra is “Give Happiness To Others & Get Mental Peace”.
It is a secret to happiness. If you want to be happy, you should give happiness to others. We often forget to help others when we face disasters in life. But this is the peak time you should do something for others.
Although it is a good practice if you can give help, care & attention to others, in this way, you will always feel powerful in your life. But in a bad time, you should always try to give your love & compassion to the people who are needy.
I want to say to all my readers that “First Start With Your Family.” If you can not give happiness to your family members, how can you give happiness to others?
You don’t need to donate money to any ashram, Just start to see the people around you. Although it is good if you can be a part of an orphanage or old age home. But don’t ignore the people who are needy and want your care and help.
Why Giving Is Important?
Grows you spiritually.
Gives you real happiness & peace.
Good for your health & mind.
Helps to stop feeling guilty.
Preserve your self-image.
Makes you a better person.
Emotional benefits are highest.
Gives a meaningful life.
What You Can Give?
Giving does not mean always money. A lot of things you can easily give to others that don’t cost money.
There are different ways that you can give happiness to others. So start with your family first because in the family you know the necessities of each other. You know their expectations.
In your daily life from the office to home, there are many people who need your sympathy rather than anything else. Don’t ignore a beggar or an old person, they are the people who really need your sympathy.
“The best way to not feel hopeless is to get up and do something. Don’t wait for good things to happen to you. If you go out and make some good things happen, you will fill the world with hope, you will fill yourself with hope.” ―
Sometimes, you don’t have anything to give but you can speak kind words. Maybe those words can change another’s life.
Show encouragement. You can give encouragement to the person by giving them a hug. Recognize his/her problem & try to give the solution.
Everyone wants honor especially elder people. If you can give honor to somebody, you will also get in return. If you can not give respect to others, Stop talking to those people. But don’t insult them.
Visit orphanage or old age home in your free time & spend some time there. You will see a drastic change in yourself. You will be more satisfied with your life.
We all need hope in our life when a bad time comes. So give hope to others.
If you pray for others, you don’t need to pray for yourself.
You don’t need to give extra time to care. You can care for someone’s feelings. That is enough if you understand people.
Experiences make people happier so give your experiences to others. So that they can learn from your experiences.
You can boost someone’s morale by appreciating them.
