Speak To Your Feelings
Listen to your inner guidance about what you want. Sometimes you get easily irritated when you are not clear with your emotions. It is fine if you are taking other’s opinion and ideas but you should clear with yourself.
Allow Yourself To Feel And Heal
Observe your emotions closely. Don’t try to suppress your feelings. Because when you try to escape from your feelings, you will definitely try alcohols, drugs or a variety of other self-harming behaviors. You can not be fully satisfied and happy using negative behaviors.
Struggling with your feelings will often lead to more suffering. So give yourself permission to feel.
Stop Feeling Like A Victim

Be Real And Validate Your Feelings
Stop wanting from others to validate your emotions. If you are doing so, you definitely give them the power to control you. You should heal your wounds & fears, no one else will fix it for you.
Although self-validation is one of the most critical steps, you should practice more and more. This will help you self validate more easily.
