Speak To Your Feelings
Listen to your inner guidance about what you want. Sometimes you get easily irritated when you are not clear with your emotions. It is fine if you are taking other’s opinions and ideas but you should clear with yourself.
Allow Yourself To Feel And Heal
Observe your emotions closely. Don’t try to suppress your feelings. Because when you try to escape from your feelings, you will definitely try alcohol, drugs, or a variety of other self-harming behaviors. You can not be fully satisfied and happy using negative behaviors.
Struggling with your feelings will often lead to more suffering. So give yourself permission to feel.
Stop Feeling Like A Victim
Are you struggling with self-love because of past failures or anything else that happened in your life?
Don’t hold on to a feeling of bitterness and anger, free yourself from a mental prison. Act confident and let go of the wounded victim.
Be Real And Validate Your Feelings
Stop wanting others to validate your emotions. If you are doing so, you definitely give them the power to control you. You should heal your wounds & fears, no one else will fix it for you.
Although self-validation is one of the most critical steps, you should practice more and more. This will help you self validate more easily.

Yes, it stands to reason that unless we are honest with our feelings and respect them no one else is going to. Accepting feelings and not suppressing them is half the cure to negative emotions. A well written post.
