Figure Out What’s Missing
Examine what’s cause loneliness. It can be anything like you may feel lonely because of a person, failure, work, family, etc. Sometimes you know your feelings exactly but sometimes you need to find it.
Make friends either offline or online. Engage yourself in something. Sometimes connecting with people online can be easier. But the face to face interaction is most important.
Loneliness To Solitude
If you feel depressed, alone, take a step of your journey from loneliness to solitude. Because loneliness can be distracting and exhausting while solitude is satisfying and healing.
Solitude: Where we engage ourselves in inner growth and reflection.
Start Doing Something Creative
Creative means anything you want to do Or you can start doing a job. Sometimes a routine can help to get rid of frustration & loneliness. Learn something new. Sing up for classes on how to paint, how to dance, or whatever you want.
Make A Plan To Deal With Mental & Emotional Habits
Loneliness is a complex mental & emotional phenomenon. This can happen anywhere even in the crowd or after making love. So acknowledge your feelings & remind yourself that loneliness is a feeling for a short time.

Q – Quick Learning
V – Valuable Quotes
W – Walking
X – X-Factor
Z – Zeal
