Laziness is a state of mind where you choose your comfort zone. In the beginning, you feel good in your comfort zone, but slowly it is the big problem of your life.
It can lead to depression also, not in all cases but chances are high. Without actions, there are no chances to feel good. Actions and hard works lead to real happiness. Your life will be the same no excitement, no happiness, no passion, no dream, no encouragement, no appreciation.

How To Get Rid Of Laziness?
The first step always is hard. You need to take the first step to break out of your comfort zone. You need a one-time motivation only. When you start doing something, you will really feel better.
Avoid Second Thought
Overthinking leads to negative thoughts. No matter how much you think positively but when you start reconfirming your feeling, there could be lots of negatives thoughts and you may skip your plan. Start doing your work when you first time commits yourself.
Don’t Respond To Your Negative Thoughts
Rather than responding to your negative thoughts, engage yourself in some interesting tasks. This is the most important thing because when you are struggling with your negative thoughts, hard work or boring work may not solve your problem. However, it can be effective but interesting and funny work provides a lot of help. Then after you should refocus on your work when you feel fresh and energetic.
Choose Goal According To Your Interest
The reason for laziness maybe when you feel boring in some tasks so choose the work in which you are interested. Or if you have no choice to choose interesting areas for yourself, have the courage to complete the task by creating your curiosity.
Put Yourself In A Challenging Situation
Try new and uncomfortable things. Your mind works better when you feel a little pressure. Too much pressure is bad for you but a little pressure shoes your attention towards your work how much you are attentive. Challenge creates attention and diverts your mind.

very nicely discussed, being a lazy person(when not interested in any work) sometime the negative vibes tried to attack me, “An idle brain is devil’s workshop” and thankfully during my lazy time i dont keep my brain idle.
That’s great. We should engage ourselves in watching movies, listening to songs or whatever we want to do. Then should start or resume our work with a fresh mind;)
I think go for A2Z Challenge and all your laziness will be forced to go away. That was on a lighter note.

Quite interesting. I feel laziness needs to earned but not imbibed. For example, today I was feeling lazy after two weeks of crazy writing. And I guess I have earned this break. So I let it be. But now it is time to get back to getting the post for tomo ready. So I’m back to getting out of laziness and start working.
