1. Avoid late-night mobile and desktop checking
Any digital activity just before the bed is very harmful and harms your sleep quality. It is recommended that leave your mobile and desktop 2 hours before sleeping.
2. Eat healthy food and frequently in a small portion
This is really important because if you eat more at one time, you can not sit properly. This will create laziness and you will not be active throughout the day.
3. Get moving
Physical activity is also helpful to make you energetic so walk around the office or down the hall in free time.
4. Take small breaks rather than a long break
Small breaks can help you because it will give a freshness and you will be more productive. Suppose if your break hours limitations are 2 hours. Rather than taking 1-hour long break for two times, take small breaks accordingly.
5. Maintain your travel time
If you are in PG, you can take room nearby office. Afford a cab rather than public transport.
6. Comfortable dress and smart outfit
Comfortable outfits also play a very important role. I am not saying you should choose the only comfort, there are many outfits in the market which give you comfort as well as style. Comfortable dresses do not always mean boring dress.
7. Use proper lighting
Eye fatigue is really a problem. Use proper lighting because eye strain is caused by bright light.
8. Choose standing desk
Choose standing desk if you are tired of sitting. Now you are thinking about how one can be tired while he or she is sitting. But it is a fact you can also tired of sitting. Sitting with the same place in 8 to 9 hours makes you tired. So avoid sitting sometimes and choose a standing desk if possible.
9. Drink more water
Less water will cause dehydration and reduce blood flow. Dehydration may cause fatigue. Keep lots of water at your desk. And keep hydrated.
10. 7 to 8 hours of sleep
It helps to retain memory. Getting a good night sleep is important. Good sleep improves concentration and productivity.
