1)what is happiness? It varies person to person, it is determined what’s inside you. People who are emotionally strong are usually happy in tough situations, while others cannot handle a tough situation.
2)Not all states of happiness in our control but still a few in our control. You should check out yourself in your life that how you can change your life or how you can change your decisions into happiness. Wrong decisions can destroy your happiness.
3)Planning is the most important. If you plan better you can acquire most of the things. Although planning is not always working at 100 percent, some karma’s is in your hand, If you are planning to get 70 percent marks in your mark sheets, then only you can work on it. If you don’t plan for this how can you achieve this without planning?
4)Sometimes a smile can work. Although you are burning from inside and depressed, your one smile remove the wrinkles from your forehead. It really matters because a fake smile can work when you have not been happy for a long time. Think about your upcoming happiness, you can plan your future better if you are not happy today.
5)Realize the power of adaptation. We always think about the upcoming happiness that’s good for our health or life but if you want to know the power of permanent happiness, you should learn about adaptation. Because adaptation cannot break you in any situation.
6)What do you think about your upcoming happiness? Everyone tends to image positive about the future. Positive thinking is good. You should plan a Better future but hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Cultivate the strong habits with best future planning so that you can manage the disasters in the future.
