Your atmosphere and surroundings matter when you lose your zeal. There are many reasons for this like a failure, unfulfilled wishes or needs.
Why I am saying the atmosphere is important because it is possible you can forget your failure or bad incident in life but the people around you recall the same thing in front of you. In that situation, it is difficult to forget your failure, etc. So engage yourself with trustworthy people or the people who motivate you.
Don’t accept or do the wrong karma. We as a human fall into the wrongs karmas easily and forget our values. While the real satisfaction is to remember our values always.
The time will pass anyway, no happiness or sadness will remain forever. But once you forget your values, you will definitely regret later.
Take actions no matter how you feel because feelings are for sometimes but not taking actions will harm your life. Time never come again, once you lost it, you will lose everything.
Suppose: you take admission in the college, and you are not feeling good in college. Maybe you easily drop the idea of completing your study. But Look at the bigger picture of it.
At that particular time, maybe you may enjoy your comfort zone but after that when you see your other friends doing well and they got the job somewhere. You definitely feel bad. Regret will always be there because time or age never come back.
Don’t go with your feelings, examine closely that what you are feeling, what is the result of it.
If you are feeling bad but your path is right. Just go ahead.
Until and unless any big issue comes, you should not leave the right path that you have chosen.
You should choose the right decision always whether you are feeling good or bad.
Your zeal is lost because you are not motivated at any reason.
It is important to examine yourself closely because feelings are temporary but time will never come back.
- Different clothing sizes are available in the market. When you have an option to choose the perfect outfits for you, why need to feel low confidence, self-pity, negativity, etc.
Do research on the internet, watch Youtube videos, read fashion blogs, follow Instagram accounts, and keep an eye on Quora to check how to style properly as per your body shape.
- Ignoring something & feeling bad is not a solution especially when you can do a lot for you. Don’t you know healthy eating can shape your body? And healthy eating doesn’t mean boring eating. Lots of creative and new ideas covert your boring foods into a fantastic recipe.
Come out of your comfort zone for exercise.
